Because she understood how hard Christmas could be for her mother, Ricard made the decision to gift each of her tenants one month of free rent. In addition to this, she suggested organizing a seminar to assist her tenants in becoming homeowners. The tenants were very grateful to receive the help. Kedesha Dunn, a single mother of two kids, was extremely grateful for the unexpected gift.
